Terms of Service
Breaking any ToS will result in you being blacklisted from all future auctions/sales/commissions.GENERAL TERMS
- By ordering a commission or purchasing an adoptable you agree to these Terms of Service.
- I have the right to not accept your commission for any reason.
- Please provide very clear sfw visual references for your character. I will not accept commissions that only have written descriptions (descriptions are fine as long as they are provided with a visual).COMMUNICATION
- Don’t be an asshole.
- I don’t like being super formal so I wouldn’t expect the same from you, just please be respectful.
- If I don’t hear from you for a week after sending updates then I will assume you are no longer interested and the commission will be cancelled or refunded*.PAYMENT/REFUNDING POLICY
- Full payment must be sent upfront unless otherwise stated.
- A 2-week payment plan can be agreed upon for any work $400+.
- If no payment has been sent after 2 weeks then the commission will be cancelled.
- *Refunds can only be provided during the sketching process. Once the sketch has been approved I will not be able to refund you under any circumstance in order to compensate for my time.PROCESS
- Please understand that I have a full time job so all artwork is done during my personal free time.
- Commissions are typically completed within 2 weeks after the sketch has been approved. I will notify you ASAP if there is a delay for whatever reason.
- You will always receive a sketch for approval and possible revisions.
- There will not be any major changes allowed once lineart has started (this doesn’t include color changes or VERY minor details that neither of us noticed were missing).
- Multiple updates will be provided during the coloring process if any color changes are needed. I will not make any further changes once the final artwork has been approved and files sent.
- Once completed, you will receive the full resolution artwork via email or Google Drive.ADOPTABLES
- Auctions typically end 24 hours after the last bid.
- Adoptables must be paid for upfront with the exception of any designs $400+, in which case a 2-week payment plan may be agreed upon. Bids exceeding $800 may have the payment plan increased to 30 days.
- If no partial payment of at least 25% of the final price is sent within 24 hours then the adoptable will go to the next highest bidder/the adoptable will be re-listed.
- If the full payment has not been sent during the payment plan timeframe then the sale will be canceled and you will be refunded for any partial payment.
- You are allowed to resell any adoptables for the same price it was purchased at (or lower), gift, or trade.
- I will not make any changes to the design of the adoptable once it has been put up for sale/auction.
- You may use the adoptable in any world or setting.
- You are allowed to make minor changes to the design for commissions such as new accessories, outfits, or hairstyles.*Due to the limited number of worgen adoptables I'm able to make, I am no longer allowing individuals who already own one or more worgen from me to participate in worgen auctions/sales hosted by me. This is to allow new people to have a chance at obtaining one rather than the same people owning multiple designs. If I find that you have created new accounts in order to bid or had someone else bid on your behalf then you will be blacklisted from all future sales & auctions.COPYRIGHT/USAGE POLICY
- All of my work is for personal use only.
- You may post/share the low resolution artwork on any platform as long as I’m credited.
- You are not allowed to sell, redistribute, or reproduce the artwork for any reason.
- Do not use ANY of my artwork, commissioned or not, for AI generating/training under any circumstances.OTHER
- Any rude behavior will not be tolerated, and your commission will be canceled.
- Do not share my private information with others.
- Things I will not draw include: Architecture/interiors, complex armor or outfits, heavy gore, violence, explicit nsfw. Please make sure to ask if you need me to clarify anything beforehand.
Commissions: CLOSED
I am no longer taking commissions except on rare occasions when I need to cover expenses or if I have an idea for a specific concept. Please do not ask me for commissions out of the blue because the answer will be no regardless if I had done work for you in the past.When I DO decide to take commissions, I will always announce in Discord which type I am opening commissions for as well as the price; sometimes it may be for halfbodies, others for colored sketches, or potentially even a full illustration with a background. I don't have a price guide since it will vary depending on the type of piece, usually anywhere from $250 - $500+ for fully colored pieces.Commissions will only be sold privately via Discord.
Adoptables
Adoptables are typically made every few months and are sold at either a flat price or as an auction.Adoptables will only be sold privately via Discord.
